This intricate detailed heart pendant is a free-form design; the frame is handmade and is wrapped with yards of very fine sterling silver wire. There are lots of 4mm amethyst rondelles, a 6mm x 6mm teardrop shape rhodolite garnet in the center, hand-wrapped swirls and 2mm beads in sterling silver for accents! Light purple amethyst rondelles and deep pink rhodolite garnets are combined together to make a totally romantic and feminine pair of earrings. The perfect way to say, "I love you" on Valentine's Day, or any special day! Starting with sterling silver wire for the frame of each earring, I hand forged the wire to make them strong. Next, the frames were wrapped with yards of very tiny sterling wire. For the final touch, I "stitched" 2.5mm sterling silver beads, 4mm faceted amethyst rondelles, and a 6mm x 6mm faceted pear-shaped rhodolite garnet to the center of each heart earring. These gorgeous post earrings have a sturdy butterfly backer that holds them tight to your ears. Note: The post is in the top part of the earrings, so they hang at an angle. The picture of the earrings on the display card best shows how the earrings will look when worn. The My Valentine earrings are 5/8 of an inch in height, 3/4 of an inch wide; they are very lightweight and easy to wear! They will be sent to you on a display card, enclosed in an organza drawstring bag, which is suitable for gift giving or storage.
