Open up and say ahhh! These cool turquoise earrings were one of those happy accidents that many crafters have! I started out hammering the ends of my sterling silver wire only to find that I had been a bit heavy handed, ugh! The turquoise bead would not slide down far enough on the wire, so I got creative and curled up the end like a lizard's tongue, hence the name!These handsome earrings are 1-3/4 inches in length from the bend at the top to the curl at the bottom. The 10mm x 6mm turquoise rondelles are a gorgeous shade of sky blue and have lots of tan crackles for interest! They are topped with a 2mm faceted sterling silver beads and hand wrapped sterling silver wire coils.The Serpent's Tongue earrings are a unique pair of earrings and I know you will enjoy wearing them.
